About 150 million people around the world have already been vaccinated against the coronavirus in recent weeks, “so there is now a very large body of experience,” says Markus Müller, rector of the Medical University of Vienna. Ursula Wiedermann-Schmidt, chairwoman of the national vaccination committee, is particularly pleased with new data on the vaccines. Because for all three vaccines that have been approved in Europe so far, these data show: the viral load is significantly reduced by vaccination. “So we can now say not only that everyone can be individually…

Vaccination makes infected less contagious

According to a study from Israel, Sars-CoV-2-infected people reproduce fewer viruses after the first vaccination dose than unvaccinated people – and would thus be less contagious. Clemens Wendtner of the Munich Clinic Schwabing sees the result as a “cause for hope”. It’s…

I already had Corona – what can I do now?

More than 400,000 people in Austria have survived the Covid-19 virus and are considered “recovered”, but do these people now have any advantages? If this regulation is disregarded, a fine of 90.00 euros can be imposed. There is a small “advantage” here for persons…
