In Burgenland, pre-registration for Covid 19 vaccination is now available for twelve- to 15-year-olds. As soon as enough vaccine is available, they will also receive an appointment invitation. The goal is to have all those willing to be vaccinated by three weeks before school starts in the fall at the latest, the office of state governor Hans Peter Doskozil (SPÖ) told APA on Saturday.
Under-16s can now also be registered in the pre-registration system. However, they must still wait for an invitation to a vaccination appointment, because one is dependent on the vaccine delivery. There will be difficulties in this regard for the next three weeks, a spokeswoman explained. As soon as the vaccine for this age group is available, the children will be invited to vaccination appointments.
