The Ministry of Health issued rules for holding Christmas markets last night. The decree, which comes into force on November 13, clarifies what is meant by occasional markets – namely “sales events at which, seasonally or not, dealers, operators of catering establishments or showmen meet in a certain place to sell goods, food or beverages or to provide services”.
