1,388 new corona infections in Austria

At the end of the week, the number of new infections is again slightly lower than in previous days.

The lockdown is over on Monday and at the end of the week, the new infection numbers go down at least a little bit. After there were more than 1,500 new infections in the past days, there are 1,388 new Corona infections in Austria from Thursday to Friday.

In addition, there are 37 new deaths related to Covid 19 infection. There are 32 fewer Corona patients in normal hospital wards, though an increase of eight patients in intensive care units.
