Vaccination numbers in Austria are currently in sharp decline.
70,470 vaccinations were entered into the e-vaccination record on Saturday. This is a low figure for the end of the working week.
Last Friday, there were 88,601 stings, the week before 113,307. The vaccination numbers are generally since the beginning of the previous week sharply declining, the previous peak at all already dates from June 2 with more than 143,000 Corona vaccinations administered.
More than 5 million Austrians at least partially vaccinated
In total, according to the E-vaccination passport data, 5,118,286 people in Austria have received at least partial vaccination, or 57.3 percent of the population. 3,992,593, or 44.7 percent of the population, are fully immunized. In the under-45 age group, the full immunization rate is still below 50 percent of the population.
In the 35- to 44-year-old age group, 41.2 percent have received full protection, while among 25- to 34-year-olds the figure is only around one-third (33.6 percent), and among 12- to 24-year-olds it is still less than one-fifth (18.3 percent).-
