Vienna, Austria – The Filipino community in Vienna is coming together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas with a joint charity event on December 29, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM at the Salvatorianer Parish Hall, Salvatorianer Platz 1, 1100 Vienna.
Organized by Pinoy Relax and Sonia’s Catering alongside Filipino business entrepreneurs in Austria, the event promises an unforgettable day of fun, entertainment, and delicious Filipino cuisine. Attendees will enjoy a wide array of activities, including:
- Games and variety shows
- Tombola
- Dancing and karaoke
- Christmas caroling
One of the event’s highlights is the chance to savour native Filipino dishes, offering a taste of home for the Filipino diaspora in Vienna.
Several Filipino businesses in Austria support the event, including Bahay Kubo Exotic Supermarket, Fortepino AT, Streetlook, Infinity Balikbayan Cargo, Karaoke im Jazzclub MIO, AFS, Sunshine Hairsalon, Omar Trans, Mabuhay Kapamilya, Alpha En Route, Filipino Busreisen Busvienna, and others.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Philippine Gottesdienst Gemeinde and support programs for street children impacted by recent calamities in the Philippines.
This initiative not only fosters the holiday spirit but also strengthens the bond within the Filipino community in Vienna while supporting noble causes back home.
