Vienna, Austria – The Ateneo Chamber Singers (ACS), a distinguished choral group from the Philippines, will grace the stage at Canisius Kirche on Monday, June 2, 2025, for an evening of choral and sacred music. Organized in collaboration with the Philippine-Austrian Cultural and Educational Society (PACES), the event promises an inspiring repertoire performed by a globally acclaimed ensemble.
The concert will run from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Canisius Kirche, located at Lustkandlgasse 36, 1090 Vienna. Founded in 2002, the Ateneo Chamber Singers has brought Filipino choral artistry to the world stage, winning top honors at international competitions, including the World Choir Games in Latvia, the Canta al Mar Choral Festival in Spain, and the Certamen Internacional de Habaneras y Polifonía. In 2018, they were among 16 past champions invited to perform at the prestigious 50th Tolosa International Choral Contest in Spain.
ACS has also collaborated with world-renowned artists such as Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban and participated in notable productions, including the film “Ignacio de Loyola” and National Geographic’s “Symphony for Our World” concert in the Philippines.
