More than 30,000 new infections with the coronavirus were registered in Germany within one day for the first time on Thursday. Health offices reported 33,777 infections. The number of deaths reached 813, the second highest since the start of the pandemic, following 952 corona victims last Wednesday. The new infection figure includes 3,500 subsequent reports.
