Around 900 vaccinations were administered at the fire department in Mödling on Saturday.
Friday was another record day as far as vaccinations in Austria are concerned. Almost 100,000 stings were given within 24 hours.
The vaccination turbo is ignited and is not to let up also any longer. The vaccinations are to bring back as well known the old normality. As recently as Friday, Chancellor Sebastian Kurz rejoiced at a vaccination milestone. More than 2.5 million first-time vaccinations meant that around half of all those who wanted to be vaccinated were also able to make an appointment.
On Saturday, Health Minister Wolfgang Mückstein (Greens) also spoke out via Twitter. He reported another record day as far as vaccination numbers in Austria are concerned.
