From Wednesday to Thursday, there were 282 new infections in Austria. Compared to the previous week (585), that’s a drop of 302 cases. This also brings the 7-day incidence down to 29.95.
There were also 457 new recovered cases, so the number of active cases also decreased to 4,476. In addition, there are six deaths related to Covid-19.
381 people are hospitalized due to illness, 128 of whom are in intensive care units.
