On Friday, 100,983 vaccinations were administered. According to the E-vaccination data, 3,850,933 people in Austria, or 43.3 percent of the population, have received at least partial vaccination. 1,734,733, or 19.5 percent of Austrians, are already fully immunized. The vaccination coverage rate remained highest in Burgenland, at 48.3 percent. In Lower Austria, 45.3 percent of the population has been vaccinated, and in Tyrol, 44.9 percent. In Salzburg, 44.5 percent were immunized, in Vorarlberg 43.9 percent, in Carinthia 43.7 percent, in Styria 42.6 percent and in Upper Austria 42.2 percent. Vienna remains the only province with an immunization coverage rate below 40 percent; it was 38.6 percent on Friday.
