There are also three new deaths related to Covid 19 infection to report, bringing the pandemic death toll in Austria to 10,793 so far. The number of active cases increases by 527 to 17,714. The seven-day incidence is 123.01.
There are currently 548 people in Austria’s hospitals related to covid disease, down six from the previous day. 155 patients are in intensive care – two more than the day before.
In the past 24 hours, 101,254 PCR tests have been performed, with a positive rate of 1.75 percent.
