Disruption at Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram.
The social network Facebook, as well as their services Whatsapp and Instagram, currently seem to have a glitch. Millions of users worldwide are currently having problems logging in.
Mega-disruption at Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram
On the site allestoerungen.at, over 19000 users reported problems with Facebook in Germany and Austria in the last hour (since 5:30 pm). On Twitter trending internationally the hashtags #facebookdown, #whatsappdown and #instagramdown.
Facebook has not yet explained what is behind the disruption. However, Whatsapp reported on Twitter: “We are aware that some people are having problems with Whatsapp right now. We are working to restore everything and will give an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”
