Virologist Dorothee von Laer considers the partial lockdown an “experiment.” She does see the possibility that it will work. “But we can’t really experiment around much any more,” she indicated on Sunday in the ORF program “Im Zentrum”.
She urged everyone to get vaccinated in light of the high infection rates. “There will be 3G in six months – then you are either vaccinated, recovered or dead,” von Laer painted a bleak picture.
