Step by step: this is how the booster vaccination is documented in your green passport. The vaccination certificate is available for download.

A good one million Austrians have already had the third prick. People who have received a Corona vaccination in Austria are automatically issued an EU-compliant vaccination certificate.

How do I get my vaccination certificate?
If you don’t have an app on your phone, you can easily get your current vaccination certificate via your e-vaccination certificate online at https://www.gesundheit.gv.at/ or https://gruenerpass.gv.at/ (“Download certificates”). With cell phone signature, you can log in and simply download your vaccination certificate or the QR code and save it on your cell phone or print it out.

If you do not have a cell phone signature, you can also have your vaccination certificate and QR code printed out at any pharmacy in Austria or at your family doctor. All you need is your e-card.

How do I get the Green Passport?
If you are boostered, you usually want to have this documented in your Green Passport. Some people wait in vain for the information to appear automatically on their app. You have to actively load this information into the app – as follows:

You load your vaccination certificate and QR code onto your PC or laptop as described above.
On your phone, open your “Green Passport” app. At the bottom right is a “plus sign”, which you press. Immediately the window appears: “Add certificate”. Press the option “Scan QR code” and take a picture of the QR code on your laptop or PC.
Your third vaccination is now documented in your app.
