Five new deaths were linked to Covid 19 infection.
From Saturday to Sunday, 4,363 new infections were registered in Austria. This is below the average of 5,721 infections over the past seven days. The 7-day incidence is currently 449.91. Currently, 77,269 people are actively infected.
In the past 24 hours, 78,990 PCR tests have been performed. This results in a positive rate of 5.52 percent.
In addition, five new deaths have been reported. Thus, the pandemic has claimed 18,161 lives so far.
