Recently, members have reported to us about a so-called “Parkpickerl lot” on their parked vehicles. These lots are about reducing the number of cars or parking picker users. The owners of the parking ticket do not have to fear any legal consequences. Targeted disinformation can stir up fears and strong prejudices, and uncertainties in parts of the population. The City of Vienna is therefore stepping up its efforts to combat disinformation.
