First thunder and lightning, then summer heat
While many can look forward to temperatures of around 30 degrees, local thunderstorms bring cooling – but also turbulent moments.
Thursday: plenty of sunshine and rising temperatures
On Thursday, the sun will dominate almost everywhere. Only occasional harmless patches of cloud will cross the sky. With weak to moderate winds shifting to the east, temperatures will reach between 24 and 28 degrees.
The sunny weather will continue on Friday, with only harmless cumulus clouds expected even over the mountains. The wind will blow weakly to moderately from the southeast and temperatures will rise to between 28 and 32 degrees. The weather will then reach its temporary peak on Saturday. The sky will remain cloudless almost everywhere and temperatures will climb to midsummer 30 to 34 degrees. A partly brisk south-easterly wind makes the heat feel even more intense.
