One nutritionist has highlighted some of the benefits you may overlook if you’re not eating enough garlic.
On the website HealthShots, Gauri Anand highlights some of the health benefits associated with daily garlic intake. Baked garlic is particularly in focus, as Anand believes there are many additional benefits associated with it.
To prepare it, simply slice the head of garlic in half and bake it in the oven for a few minutes until caramelized.
