The coming week promises an exciting mix of weather. While wintry influences are still noticeable at the beginning of the week, especially on the northern side of the Alps, spring will increasingly prevail from the middle of the week. On Friday in particular, according to the experts from Geosphere Austria, it will be almost early summer temperatures of up to 22 degrees.

After a cloudy and wet start to the week, with maximum temperatures between five and 14 degrees, the influence of high pressure will become increasingly strong from Wednesday. While it will be sunny in the west and south, isolated rain showers are still possible in the mountains. The wind will mostly blow moderately from north to east. With daily highs of up to 16 degrees, spring is slowly but surely on its way.

The sunny weather will continue on Thursday, with only harmless clouds gathering in the south. It will remain brisk and windy in the north, with temperatures rising to 21 degrees.

Towards the weekend, the spring mood will finally prevail throughout the country. Friday will be dominated by sunshine, with isolated clouds remaining the exception. Temperatures will continue to rise and reach between 15 and 22 degrees. This means that nothing should stand in the way of a sunny start to the coming weekend.
