Once again, the number of new infections rises in the course of this week. From Thursday to Friday, 2,688 new Corona infections have been reported. Compared to the beginning of the week, this is more than 1,200 new infections per day during the day.
Compared to last Friday, that’s also about 600 more new infections. This also brings the 7-day incidence to 173.62.
In addition, there are 1,899 new recoveries. This also brings the number of active cases to 22,544. The last time there were this many active cases was Dec. 27, the day after the third lockdown began.
