Saturday, 13 June 2020 – 14 new infections with the coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours. The number of those who have been infected rose to 17,078 (as of 9.30 a.m.), the number of those who have died by two new cases to 677. 16,012 persons have now recovered, which means that at the beginning of the weekend less than 400 persons (exactly 389) were currently ill.
The number of hospital treatments for Covid-19 increased slightly from 69 to 73 patients per day, according to the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Health. Eleven of these were treated in intensive care units, an increase of two serious cases of illness.
