New districts are orange since yesterday, others yellow. And this should continue.

Vienna. On Thursday the traffic light commission met again. Since yesterday, not a single Austrian state is completely green.

So far, Carinthia, Burgenland and Salzburg were finally set to green in the traffic light. Now Eisenstadt, Rust, Villach and Salzburg have been switched to yellow. This means that there is now also a “medium risk”.

An eighth district – Zwettl was added – is now orange.
In principle, these should now be valid for at least two to four weeks. Deteriorations are possible on a weekly basis. Other states have already set Austria to orange and partly red.
