3,068 new recovered within 24 hours. 57 new deaths linked to Covid-19 infection.
Within the past 24 hours, there are 2,588 new Corona infections in Austria. After the slight increases at the end of last week, this is again a lower value. However, as is well known, new infections are to be taken with a grain of salt, especially on Monday, as the testing capacity is somewhat lower on weekends.
The results of the PCR tests of the mass tests come into the statistics only with a certain time delay.
There are also 3,068 new recoveries from Sunday to Monday. As the number of new recoveries is again higher than the number of new infections, the number of active cases also decreases.
However, there were again 57 new Corona deaths in the past 24 hours. Thus, 4,530 people have died of or with a Corona infection in Austria so far.
