2,485 new infections Austria-wide

To date, there have been 332,828 positive test results in Austria. As of today, 4,982 people across Austria have died as a result of Corona virus and 294,315 have recovered. Currently, 3,220 people are undergoing hospitalization for corona virus. 530 of those who have died are being treated in intensive care units.

Today’s death toll includes 120 additional deaths due to a data reconciliation with AGES from Vienna. New infections since the last report are divided among the provinces as follows:

Burgenland: 81
Carinthia: 190
Lower Austria: 375
Upper Austria: 482
Salzburg: 182
Styria: 358
Tyrol: 190
Vorarlberg: 114
Vienna: 513
