A dashboard showing the status of Corona vaccinations went online on the Ministry of Health’s website on Tuesday evening. There you can see how many people in Austria have already been vaccinated against COVID-19.
However, this is only theoretical – the figures are not based on vaccinations actually carried out, but are calculated on the basis of the vaccines delivered. The whole thing is also broken down by province. In addition, the dashboard shows the number of vaccine doses requested by Austrian healthcare facilities in the Bundesbeschaffung GmbH e-shop.
By Thursday evening, according to the dashboard, around 74,100 people had been vaccinated, and 163,435 doses had been requested. According to the report, Vorarlberg is in the top spot, with just over 1.87 vaccinations per 100 inhabitants. Previously, there was criticism that such data was not made available nationwide.
