From Sunday to Monday, there are 1,896 new Corona infections in Austria. The value on Monday usually sets the direction for the course of the week. Most recently, there were 1,910 new infections in the previous week – so a similar value to today’s Monday, although slightly lower.
There are also 19 new deaths related to Corona infection in the past 24 hours. There are also 2,022 new recoveries. This brings the number of active cases down to 27,284.
The 7-day index drops slightly to 207.66, but it is still at a much higher level than it was the past two weeks on Monday.
