From Wednesday to Thursday, there are 2,405 new Corona infections in Austria. Compared to Thursday of the previous week (2,678 infections), this means a slight decrease. This also brings the 7-day incidence down to 179.29.
In addition, there are 29 new deaths associated with Covid 19 infection. This means that Austria has cracked the sad mark of 10,000 Corona deaths 407 days after the first death today (Thursday).
There are also 30 fewer patients in an intensive care unit in Austria as of yesterday.
