On Tuesday at 7 p.m. Apple will present online the new iPhones.
The most important day of the year for Apple fans is coming up: on Tuesday, the US company will unveil the next generation of its cult smartphone.
As usual, Apple has not published any information in advance – not even the probable name iPhone 13 has been confirmed. However, there has been intense speculation in the rumor mill for weeks. The insider details:
- Four models. Like its predecessor, the iPhone 13 is likely to come in four different models: the iPhone 13 mini (5.4-inch display), the iPhone 13 (6.1 inches), the 13 Pro (6.1 inches) and the top-of-the-line 13 Pro Max (6.7 inches).
- Design. The angular look of the iPhone 12 is also expected for the 13. The main camera module is expected to be slightly larger, the notch slightly smaller. And the new phones are expected to be minimally thicker (+0.26 mm).
- Cameras. Apple is said to have improved this once again. The number of cameras will probably remain the same (two for the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13, three for the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max). However, there is supposed to be new help against shaky pictures, a sharper night mode and autofocus for the ultra-wide-angle for the top models.
- Pricing. According to some insiders, the prices should be similar to the 12, which costs from 799 to 1,599 euros. However, the 13 could also be more expensive due to the chip crisis.
