Worst pandemic day with almost 50,000 Corona cases

Around 50,000 Corona cases were reported again today!

After the Corona cases had already gone up rapidly in the previous days, a new record was set on Wednesday with 47,795 new infections.

The trap numbers are virtually exploding. Last Thursday, 3 March, there were 31,566 cases and 36 deaths. About 18,000 fewer than were reported today!

New infections in the provinces:

Burgenland 1,751

Carinthia 2,781

Lower Austria 9,283

Upper Austria 8,469

Salzburg 3,348

Styria 9,107

Tyrol 3,690

Vorarlberg 2,608

Vienna 8,395
