One new death was linked to Covid 19 infection.
From Saturday to Sunday, 10,345 new infections were registered in Austria. This is below the 7-day average of 11,456 infections. The 7-day incidence rises to 900.90.
This brings the number of active Corona cases to 123,311. Sixty-three thousand five hundred thirty-nine new PCR tests were made in the past 24 hours. This results in a positive rate of 16.28 percent.
In addition, there is one new death. So far, 18,931 people have died in connection with SARS-CoV-2 infection throughout Austria.
In the hospital, 1,235 people are currently in the normal ward. Seventy-seven patients are now receiving intensive care.
