Nearly 200 monkeypox cases so far in Austria

The number of reported monkeypox cases in Austria stands at 198, with 28.8 percent of them already reported as recovered in the Epidemiological Notification Register (EMS). This is according to the update of the case numbers on the AGES website on Friday.

Thus, 38 new cases have been added since last week.
If symptoms are present, health officials recommend quickly contacting a dermatologist or other health care provider.
