With the Wiener Linien annual pass, you can go to the museum for free on March 9.

On March 9, 2024, holders of the Wiener Linien annual pass can visit the Lower Belvedere for free and take a guided tour of the current exhibition “In the Eye of the Storm. Modernisms in the Ukraine”.

The exhibition “In the Eye of the Storm. Modernisms in Ukraine” illustrates how modernism’s international and avant-garde art movements – in the first half of the 20th century – were in the cultural centers of Kyiv, Lviv, and Kharkiv. The exhibition tells an eventful and fascinating story of Ukraine’s cultural identity, from Art Nouveau to Constructivism.

The free admission offer is valid for annual pass holders (not for holders of the semester ticket or the KlimaTicket) on March 9, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lower Belvedere (Rennweg 6, 1030 Vienna). The free guided tours take place at 12, 13.15, 15 and 16.15 and last about an hour.
