On Friday, 12,695 new coronavirus infections were reported in Austria. This brings the seven-day incidence per 100,000 population to 811.2. On Friday, 1,421 covid patients in Austria’s hospitals were in a normal ward. Sixty-nine were also in an intensive care unit.
According to the Ages’ data, no Covid-positive person has died since yesterday. However, this number usually increases after subsequent reports are entered.
