Thursday was marked by fierce discussions about the traffic light color to which the Austrian capital will be switched. Thursday evening brought a completely different surprising news. The Corona commission expresses a recommendation that not only in supermarkets but in all business and restaurants again a mouth nose protection shold be worn.
Another new rule, which is to be completely detached from the traffic light color, concerns events. At least the “yellow” rules should apply to these events. That means a maximum of 100 persons in closed rooms without assigned seats, the same upper limit applies to outdoor events without fixed seats. A maximum of 2,500 people should be allowed to meet in closed rooms with seat allocation and a maximum of 5,000 people at outdoor events with fixed seating.
