A sustained success in the fight against the coronavirus is expected to come from the vaccination campaign that is already in full swing in the UK. According to government figures, 6.9 million people have already received a first dose of the vaccine – that’s more than ten percent of the population. The second and final dose has so far been administered to 472,446 citizens, according to the data.
