In Vienna, the coming week, the CoV vaccine from Biontech/Pfizer will be available without registration. Monday through Sunday, anyone willing to be vaccinated can come to the Austria Center Vienna (ACV) and receive their first shot without prior registration.

Vaccination is offered between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Only an identity card and – if available – an e-card must be brought, the office of Health City Councilor Peter Hacker (SPÖ) announced.

Persons over twelve years as target group
With the vaccine of Biontech/Pfizer persons over twelve years are inoculated. The interval between the second partial vaccination can be arranged flexibly – there must be at least three weeks between the first and second vaccination. Up to 2,000 people can be immunized per day during the campaign without registration. On the website of the Austria Center Vienna, a traffic light shows the utilization rate for this vaccination offer.

Vaccination boat on the Old Danube
The same action without registration runs this week until Sunday in the Austria Center with the vaccine of Johnson & Johnson, with which for the time being no second vaccination is necessary. In addition to the offers at the ACV, the vaccination boxes at Rathausplatz and on weekends on the Danube Island or the vaccination boat on the Old Danube are also still available without prior registration. The desire for a quick, uncomplicated vaccination is still great, it said on the part of the city.
