On several occasions, the head of the church has spoken out in favor of the Covid vaccination

Three times vaccinated is Pope Francis. For him, vaccination is “an act of love.” Catholics around the world support the head of the church: Paul Martone from Valais, for example, thinks that not getting vaccinated is “blasphemous” because the vaccine is God’s gift to humanity.
Within its own ranks, the Vatican is acting rigorously: employees and external service providers who cannot produce a green passport are no longer allowed to come to work, are considered to be absent without excuse, and accordingly do not receive any pay.
Francis also advocates for vaccine patents to be lifted and for vaccines to be distributed equitably around the world: “There is an urgent need to help countries that have less of them, but this must be done with far-sighted plans and not just motivated by the rich nations’ rush to become safer. Remedies must be distributed with dignity, not as handouts,” the pope said.
