EU reserves half a million additional doses of Remdesivir

Brussels. The EU Commission has reserved 500,000 additional doses of the corona drug Remdesivir from the US pharmaceutical manufacturer Gilead. The 27 EU countries as well as Great Britain, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and six Balkan countries could now apply for the funds in Brussels, the authority explained on Wednesday.
