As the sun set on a warm evening in Vienna, friends gathered at a cozy restaurant to bid a heartfelt farewell to Consul General Ivan Frank Olea. For the past 2 1/2 years, Consul General Olea has dedicated his diplomatic service to the Filipino community in Vienna, and his unwavering commitment and leadership have left an indelible mark on all who have had the privilege of knowing him.
