Vienna, Austria — November 2025 — The Philippine-Austrian Cultural and Educational Society (PACES) will hold a benefit concert featuring outstanding Philippine-Austrian musicians on Saturday, 15 November 2025, at 18:00H, at Kattus Sektkellerei, Billrothstrasse 51, 1190 Vienna.
The event, which is now fully booked, will blend classical elegance with contemporary flair in a celebration of music’s power to unite cultures and inspire hope. Proceeds from the concert will go toward PACES’ scholarship programs supporting Filipino students pursuing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) studies in the Philippines.
Guests will also learn more about PACES’ mission to empower underprivileged yet outstanding Filipino youth. A Tombola with prizes — including an EVA Air Premium Economy Zero Fare Ticket — has been organized to further support this cause.
Featured Artists:
- Damodar Das Castillo (Cello) – A Filipino prodigy and two-time Ani ng Dangal awardee, known for his international achievements and studies at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna.
- Maria Isabel Zavala (Soprano) – A University of the Philippines Diliman cum laude graduate and Gold awardee at the 2022 Sugree Charoensook International Music Competition, now continuing her studies in Vienna.
- Mark Christopher Tullao (Piano) – A Vienna-born pianist and composer, member of the Vienna Boys’ Choir, and multi-awarded performer in various European competitions.
- Joffrey Mark John Tullao (Piano/Guitar) – A versatile musician recognized for his expressive performances and award-winning musical talent.
- Philipp Goldnagl (Violin) – A violinist and tech entrepreneur whose artistry reflects both innovation and family tradition in fine instrument-making.
Though attendance is no longer available, PACES expresses its gratitude to all supporters and friends who have helped make this cultural and educational initiative possible.
